At Orchard Sales & Lettings, our aim is to provide a combination of traditional values (excellent service, honesty & integrity) with 21st Century internet advances to create a new type of e-state Agency along junctions 3 and 4 of the M3 corridor.

With technology constantly evolving and our day to day lives changing with it, we believe the time has come for us to embrace this and offer the services that come with these advancements, to our clients.

With the advent of the dot.com era, consumer products have become more easily accessible. Therefore, we can now buy cars, do our weekly shop, and select gifts from the comfort of our own home (or office!). In the same way, no longer do we see large volumes of potential buyers gracing the high street to register on Estate Agent’s mailing lists. Instead they sit back in their favourite chair, with a glass of wine and browse!
