David Vertannes

David started in estate agency in 1991 with a reputable local firm of estate agents. He was based in their Lightwater office from its opening in 1992 and for the next four years spent his time learning his trade in the Bagshot, Lightwater and Windlesham area.

After this time he moved to a Woking based agent to gain further experience in a different area. In 1996 he then returned to his original company to work at their head office in Camberley.

After a busy two years, and winning several accolades at the Camberley office, David was promoted to branch manager of the Bagshot office and within two years of this he was offered a place on the Board of Directors. He was then placed in charge of the Bagshot, Lightwater and West End offices. After a successful year there, he ran their head office in Camberley for the next four years, before taking the challenge with Nigel to start Orchard Sales and Lettings.

David comments:-

"Over the last 15 years I have had fantastic opportunities offered to me; this is no exception; I am excited and looking forward to the next chapter of my career with Nigel and Michael. Our aim is to continue with the same ethos that has stood us in good stead so far by offering our clients a first rate service without compromise. We thank all friends and family who have wished us luck in our venture and look forward to serving our clients soon!"

David is now married with one child to Joanna and now the dust has settled he is able to enjoy his favourite sporting pastime, playing golf.
