David Ramon (MNAEA)

David Ramon (MNAEA) is the Manager at Bridges Frimley, with many responsibilities from the day to day running of the Branch as well as carrying out market appraisals, he is truly passionate about his job. Having worked in the property industry since May 1998, he has a strong customer service focus, helping his clients through the sometimes stressful moving process all the way from the start until the day he hands the keys over on completion. “There is nothing I find more rewarding that seeing a client move in to their new home in the knowledge that I was able to assist them in their journey”.  When he is not working, he likes to spend time with his family, going for walks in the countryside and frequenting the gym.

Simon Kerry

Simon Kerry has worked for Bridges for the over ten years, and has returned to his home town of Frimley where he grew up. Simon enjoys getting away to the West Country, weather permitting and following his football team Fulham FC.

Louis Cohan

Louis is a New Business Advisor working in the outbound Hub. Having worked in estate agency for several years he has a passion for the industry and loves talking to clients. With a strong focus on customer service, he enjoys helping clients with their needs. Raised locally, he loves seeing more and more Bridges signs go up through sales or sponsorships. Outside of work he is very social and enjoys watching the boxing.

Sean Hanly (MARLA)

Sean Hanly (MARLA) is a Lettings Manager based in our Camberley branch.  He is responsible for taking his clients through the rental journey, from the initial market appraisal to tenant move in. Sean joined the Bridges family in 2019, with no previous experience in agency but with a very hungry attitude to achieve. Sean has won multiple annual awards year after year for both lets agreed and new instructions. Sean is very ambitious, hardworking, and enthusiastic. He cares deeply about the customer service journey he provides and always goes the extra mile. Away from work, Sean enjoys spending time with family, playing golf and following his beloved Chelsea FC.

Senior Lettings Negotiator

Dan Dwyer

Daniel Dwyer is a Senior Lettings Negotiator based out of the Camberley office. This is his first role in estate agency, previously working in investments and telesales for the last 3 years. Estate agency is always something he’s been interested in and now is the best time for him to get involved and shine within the Bridges. He always strives to be the best at what he does through hard work, commitment, and consistency. Outside of work Daniel enjoys nothing more than watching his beloved Arsenal and playing football.

Lettings Assistant

Rachel O’Brien (MARLA)

Rachel O’Brien is a Lettings Assistant and has been a valued member of the team having dealt with many of our long-standing clients since 2017. She is extremely proactive in finding tenants their perfect property and will always go above and beyond to make sure their lettings experience is as easy as possible.  Always focused on the client first and foremost and always happy to help. Outside of work Rachel enjoys her time with her family and friends.

Ella-Jane Amor

Ella works as an Office Coordinator at Bridges having previously established a career working in Finance.  When Ella joined the company, she expressed her interests/passions in working hard and pushing her limits. Outside of work, Ella spends most of her time going to the gym, enjoying her social life and keeping the house organised!

Philip Gascoyne (MNAEA)

Philip Gascoyne (MNAEA) is the Head of Platinum Homes and has been in the industry since 2002. Having worked in the area all his adult life, he has an excellent understanding of local market trends and buyer/seller demands to ensure he and his team deliver excellent customer service and are always ahead of the curve. He is also responsible for aspects of training within the company due to the efficiency with which he runs his office and attention to detail shown in all aspects of the business. Outside of work he is a keen car enthusiast who enjoys regular trips to the racetrack, as well as spending time with friends and family.

Charlie Newman

Charlie Newman is a Client Manager in Farnham and has worked in the property industry since June 2021. Having moved from Haslemere, Charlie is ready to hit the ground running with Bridges in Farnham whilst providing fantastic customer service and results for his clients. Charlie lives in Godalming with his partner Emily who will be first time parents in March 2024. Outside of work Charlie enjoys playing golf at Hindhead Golf Club where he holds a handicap of 6 as well as walking his dog around the Devils Punchbowl.

Area Manager

Will Rosten (MNAEA)

Will Rosten (MNAEA) is a Partner at Orchard by Bridges and is responsible for the day to day running of the newly extended and renovated flagship Camberley office which he opened in 2008. Having been an agent in Camberley and the surrounding area since 2001, Will is extremely passionate about his local patch having grown up in Camberley, he now lives there with his wife and two children attending local schools. Away from the office Will spends his time trying to entertain his two young daughters, experimenting (with some interesting results) in the kitchen, and catching the odd round of golf.

Jason Jones (MARLA)

Jason Jones (MARLA) is the Associate Director of Lettings for the Bridges Group and is ultimately responsible for leading the Lettings teams. Jason joined Bridges in 2013 as a Letting Negotiator, with no previous experience in agency but a drive to succeed and a desire to learn. He has proven himself as the consummate salesman, by setting new records for instructions and lets agreed year after year, his figures are both impressive and formidable to his colleagues. Jason is that rare breed that can write business as well as leading his teams, planning, and strategising our business growth.  Nothing is too much trouble for Jason, you are truly in the safest of hands.

Group Managing Director

James Baldry (MNAEA)

James Baldry (MNAEA) is Group Managing Director who is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the group’s sales. A man of many talents, he is also the creator of many of our much-anticipated marketing campaigns and can often be found frantically scribbling these away on a whiteboard.  Working in property since 1994, and with Bridges since 1997, James spends his time away from the office following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur around the country (and Europe when they’re in it) whilst also enjoying time with friends and family in many of Fleet’s watering holes.

Group Managing Director

Daniel Pockett (MARLA)

Daniel Pockett (MARLA) is Group Managing Director and is primarily responsible for our lettings and property management business as well as being actively involved in all other departments. With over 30 years in the industry, the majority of which has been spent with Bridges, Daniel enjoys nothing more than working with and developing teams that understand our company ethos and our customer’s needs. As well as enjoying the challenges of his role, Daniel likes to spend as much time as possible with his family and this normally involves his passions of good food, great holidays and plenty of time on the sea.

Carlo Stocchetti (MNAEA MARLA)

Carlo Stocchetti (MNAEA, MARLA) joined Bridges in 1993. Bridges is his passion, and he is proud of the group’s reputation for offering high service levels and its role in the local community. He continues to focus on opportunities for the group. Carlo is married with three children and lives in Fleet. Outside of work he enjoys the mountains and hiking as well as spending time with his family.
