It is essential that we continue to protect our teams and our clients during the
Covid pandemic, and we would like to reassure you of the measures we are taking
to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients, colleagues and the public.

OUR OFFICES REMAIN OPEN WITH A FULL COMPLEMENT OF OUR TEAMS, ALTHOUGH SOME PEOPLE MAY STILL BE WORKING REMOTELY WHERE APPROPRIATE. WE TAKE OUR RESPONSIBILITIES VERY SERIOUSLY AND SO YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS APPRECIATED.

Orchard AND ‘PLAN B’

Following on from Boris’ announcement and implementation of ‘Plan B’ we are happy to confirm that, as before, the housing market in England remains open.  This means that Estate & Lettings agents and people in sales and lettings offices can continue working and therefore we are very much open for business.

We’ve reviewed our policies and remain comfortable and confident that we have all the right precautions in place to help keep you and the people we meet safe.

We have been operating successfully under all current guidance and will, of course, continue to adhere to these guidelines in our daily work.

The Orchard team will continue to stick to the following, this way we can continue to minimise risk, and all enjoy the festive season and therefore request our clients do the same:

Wear face mask on viewings and valuations and when dealing with members of the public in the office and ask all visitors to do the same, unless they are exempt.

We will not be car sharing or be able to take clients to viewings in our cars.

We will continue to be mindful of social distancing.
