COVID-19 Update: A Message From the Directors

As part of Bridges enduring commitment to the health and safety of our employees, clients and the local community, we have temporarily closed all Bridges offices.

It is after the latest guidance from the Government, numerous conversations and planning between our Directors over the last week that we reached this decision, but feel it is the correct course of action given the current circumstances we as a nation find ourselves in.

We have worked tirelessly over the last week to be in a position for our Bridges teams to function from home and we will now, in true Bridges style, adapt the “can do attitude” that we have grown Team Bridges with over the last 28 years and will work to the best of our abilities to deliver the best service we can to our clients!

We would like to reassure you that we are still available via phone and email but are unable to meet with individuals directly, we will be operating reduced business hours during lockdown of 9am – 5pm Monday- Friday, and closing on weekends and Bank Holidays.

All maintenance issues will be logged and dealt with as swiftly as possible however non urgent maintenance will be on hold until the lockdown is lifted. We will continue to monitor the situation and adhere to Government advice and will be reviewing the decision of when to re-open our offices and conduct appointments again once the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers can be protected.

In the meantime we will be using the powers of digital technology to conduct valuations and have prepared mobile walkthroughs of our properties for sale and for rent.
