Chobham itself is home to St Lawrence CofE Primary School. It is hidden away in the centre of the village and caters to both boys and girls up to the age of 11. During its latest Ofsted inspection, the school was awarded a ranking of ‘good’.

Other than St Lawrence there are no other schools in Chobham itself but there are countless primary, secondary, and further education options in the surrounding towns and villages. There is a mix of both public and independent schools and the highly respected Gordons School is a couple of miles away.

Transport Links Chobham

Although Chobham does not have its own train station, Woking station is just 10 minutes away by car and also easily accessed by bus. The lack of local station is made up for by the fact that Woking has an incredible array of services; 25 per hour. Trains travel (both semi-fast and fast) to London Waterloo, Portsmouth Harbour, Haslemere, Basingstoke, Alton, Weymouth and Exeter St Davids.

Chobham lies just to the south of the M3 which provides excellent transport links into London and down to Southampton. Farnborough, Guildford, Woking and Bracknell are also easily accessed from Chobham.
