There is a multitude of additional functionality under the ‘What’s Nearby?’ section of each property listing, offering information about the local area of the homes you are searching for – proximity to schools, amenities, leisure centres, transport links and outdoor spaces. Properties also list broadband provision and speed – all very useful criteria when searching for a new property.

Downloadable Guides for Letting or Selling are available via the new website, helping landlords and sellers on their way, with useful advice, key stats and local market information as well as demonstrating ways in which Orchard helps customers achieve the best property results.
