When renting a property there is no reason to accept anything less than the dream home you’ve always wanted. Here are some tips for renting a house.
Once you’ve registered with us you can easily be advised about the properties available within your budget.
Things to consider:
They will make you aware of suitable rental properties as soon as we receive instructions. We can arrange viewings for you between 9am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday 9am and 4pm on Saturdays.
The best rental properties get snapped up very quickly, so if you want to make sure you don’t miss out on your dream rental we recommend you put your offer in as soon as you can. We will need you to complete our ‘confirmation of offer form and tenants guide’ at this stage. Once we have agreed the terms we will ask you for a non refundable reference and administration fee.
They will provide you with a copy of our standard tenancy agreement if you have not requested it previously and carry out the referencing process which we will aim to complete within 72 hours.

Once the tenancy referencing is completed we will request payment of the first months rent, deposit and check in fee (if applicable). Within 3 days of the receipt of these funds we will send you a draft of your tenancy agreement and ask you to come into the office to sign it. We will also make all of the arrangements for your check in.
Your move coordinator who will talk you through all of the paperwork surrounding your tenancy. During this meeting you will sign the various documents and your move coordinator will sign on behalf of the landlord. You will be provided with copies of all the tenancy paperwork. The next step will be your check in!
