Mark Kirby (MNAEA) is the Director of the Land and New Homes team based in Fleet. Mark has worked for Bridges for over 30 years and was the first employee to be taken on by the original founder back in 1992. Starting out as a Negotiator Mark went on to manage various offices before becoming a Director. Mark is hardworking, dedicated, and instrumental to the success and growth to the Land and New Homes team. Outside of work Mark is a keen sportsman and likes football, golf and running.

Alan Dolman works as part of the New Homes department and is responsible for its day to day running and strategy. Having worked for Bridges as part of the residential sales team for six years and a brief two-year stint working away, he was approached to relaunch Bridges Land and New Homes department. Since 2013, he has worked tirelessly with Mark Kirby to create a growing, highly skilled, and well-respected department. Alan has been in the property industry since 2002 and brings a wealth of experience as well as a key knowledge of working with Local Authorities and Housing Associations. When not at work Alan likes to try and spend as much time on the slopes in the winter or on his bike in the summer as possible, often followed by a pint.

Jules Winchester is a Senior New Homes Coordinator and has worked for Land and New Homes in Fleet since 2019 having started her career with Bridges as a Saturday viewing assistant in Farnborough. Jules’ job is to oversee all aspects of the reservation process, sales progression, admin and to ensure smooth running of the department. On a day-to-day basis she also deals with all the shared ownership properties, arranging viewings, qualification, and assessment and then handover upon completion. She is a dedicated member of of the team who will go the extra mile to help anyone. Outside of work, Jules enjoys spending time with her family friends and dogs.

Saskia Blaber is the New Homes Sales Coordinator in our Land and New Homes office in Fleet. She has worked within the property industry since 2018 and joined Bridges following her time as a sales/lettings negotiator. She is responsible for the marketing materials and video tours for properties coming to the market, she oversees the documents relating to the sales agreed and she supports the sales team with preparation for market appraisals and takes care of general administration tasks in office.

Will Rosten (MNAEA) is a Partner at Orchard by Bridges and is responsible for the day to day running of the newly extended and renovated flagship Camberley office which he opened in 2008. Having been an agent in Camberley and the surrounding area since 2001, Will is extremely passionate about his local patch having grown up in Camberley, he now lives there with his wife and two children attending local schools. Away from the office Will spends his time trying to entertain his two young daughters, experimenting (with some interesting results) in the kitchen, and catching the odd round of golf.

Martin Coombs is Head of Sales at Bridges, working tirelessly with the Directors and the branch teams to successfully deliver the Bridges ethos of exceptional results for our clients coupled with the very best in customer service. Having worked in the property industry for many years, he joined Bridges in 2021 wanting to be part of such a dynamic and focused business that also takes the time to involve itself closely with the local communities within which it works. Martin lives locally with his wife and daughters, and spends his free time running and cycling the woods and trails around the Fleet area.

Jason Jones (MARLA) is the Associate Director of Lettings for the Bridges Group and is ultimately responsible for leading the Lettings teams. Jason joined Bridges in 2013 as a Letting Negotiator, with no previous experience in agency but a drive to succeed and a desire to learn. He has proven himself as the consummate salesman, by setting new records for instructions and lets agreed year after year, his figures are both impressive and formidable to his colleagues. Jason is that rare breed that can write business as well as leading his teams, planning, and strategising our business growth. Nothing is too much trouble for Jason, you are truly in the safest of hands.

James Baldry (MNAEA) is Group Managing Director who is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the group’s sales. A man of many talents, he is also the creator of many of our much-anticipated marketing campaigns and can often be found frantically scribbling these away on a whiteboard. Working in property since 1994, and with Bridges since 1997, James spends his time away from the office following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur around the country (and Europe when they’re in it) whilst also enjoying time with friends and family in many of Fleet’s watering holes.

Daniel Pockett (MARLA) is Group Managing Director and is primarily responsible for our lettings and property management business as well as being actively involved in all other departments. With over 30 years in the industry, the majority of which has been spent with Bridges, Daniel enjoys nothing more than working with and developing teams that understand our company ethos and our customer’s needs. As well as enjoying the challenges of his role, Daniel likes to spend as much time as possible with his family and this normally involves his passions of good food, great holidays and plenty of time on the sea.

Carlo Stocchetti (MNAEA, MARLA) joined Bridges in 1993. Bridges is his passion, and he is proud of the group’s reputation for offering high service levels and its role in the local community. He continues to focus on opportunities for the group. Carlo is married with three children and lives in Fleet. Outside of work he enjoys the mountains and hiking as well as spending time with his family.
