THE PROCESS

Step 1

The Valuation

Upon our agents visit to the property we will discuss the best possible way to secure you a buyer based on our expertise of the local property market trends and your requirements.

Step 2

Preparing and Marketing your home

Offering a vast variety of marketing methods including options for Full High-Res Immersive 3D Tour, RICS approved Floorplan and professional photography we make a personalised marketing package to suit you. Once this is done we will start to introduce suitable buyers to your property.

Step 3

Offers and agreeing a sale

Having thoroughly checked the position of the buyers and how proceedable they are, we will present the offers to you taking the time to talk this all through with you.

Step 4

The legal stuff

Instructing a conveyancer at the point of choosing us as your marketing agents will put you in the best position to get the transaction underway. Throughout the process you need to be ready to liaise with your conveyancer.

Step 5

Exchange of contracts

Your conveyancer will conduct the exchange of contract and confirm an agreed moving date. This is where adventure begins!

Step 6

Completion

On completion day when all the legal works are done we will be on hand to organise key handover.

Honestly made the process of being a first time buyer a lot less stressful. I dealt with jasmine who was super helpful and basically helped me find my lovely new home after I told her my budget and what I was looking for.
