THE PROCESS

Step 1

Book a rental valuation

Discover how much you could rent your property for with a free market appraisal and valuation. Our professional letting agents have enormous expertise of the local area and market to give you the best possible advice.

Step 2

Choose your property management service

We offer a full management package through to an introductory service only. We will discuss and agree with you what fits your requirements best.

Step 3

Promote your property

Marketing and advertising your property to it’s full potential, we offer expert photography, professional virtual tours, floorplans and an eloquent description to attract quality tenants.

Step 4

Accepting an offer

Viewings will be accompanied by our trained letting agents, and when a tenant application is received, we will undertake comprehensive referencing and assessment to ensure we secure the best tenants for your property.

Step 5

Tenancy agreement and move in day

We will draw up the tenancy agreement, which can be signed electronically, the tenants pay the deposit, which we will register with a secure deposit scheme. You can then relax as we arrange the check-in inspection and hand over the keys to your new tenants.

Property Management
